Here you can ask us questions by creating new tickets. If you already have an account, please log in first.

By logging in to the help desk you can:

  • Create new tickets,
  • Get the status of your existing tickets as they are answered by our staff,
  • Add comments and answer our questions,
  • Update your contact information so we can stay in touch with you if needed.

    You can access the help desk portal from any web browser at work or home at http://support.lacma.org.

    We prefer that you submit requests by entering the portal but you can also create I.S. work orders by emailing the following addresses:
